Our Patron
Sian, the Lady Crisp, MA University of Cambridge, and London School of Economics, did her doctoral research at Cambridge on migrations from a South Italian hill village. This has now reached 45 years of longitudinal study.
She was a Research Associate and member of the Steering Committee of The International Gender Studies Centre at the University of Oxford for many years.
She has produced over 50 interactive education packs for schools and Universities and worked with teaching the teachers to use them with their students. She recently working with an IGS Burmese colleague on a project to bring gender education into all the universities in Burma and has contributed to a similar project on gender in Armenia.
She also has extensive copy-editing experience on academic and other publications.
